Elder Benefit Specialist

The Elder Benefit Specialist (EBS) provides advocacy and assistance to St. Croix County residents 60 years and older under the supervision of the Greater Wisconsin Agency on Aging Resources, Inc. The Elder Benefit Specialist Provides information about Medicare, Medicaid, supplemental insurance and all other public benefits, as well as assistance with grievances and appeals when necessary.

The Elder Benefit Specialist works closely with the Information and Assistance Specialists / Options Counselors and other Aging and Disability Resource Center Services.

There is no fee for the Benefit Specialist services.
