Elder Benefit Specialist (EBS) provides advocacy and assistance to St. Croix County residents 60 years and older under the supervision of the Greater Wisconsin (GWAAR) Elder Law Attorneys. An Elder Benefit Specialist provides information about Medicare, Medicaid, supplemental insurance and all other public benefits, as well as provides assistance with grievances and appeals when necessary. An Elder Benefit Specialist works closely with the ADRC Specialists and other Aging & Disability Resource Center services. This is a free and confidential service available during office hours.
