Healthy Aging/Health Promotion

ADRC offers interactive, evidence-based classes to improve health, independence, and quality of life. Topics include self-care, medication management, communication with healthcare providers, and more.

Programs include (but not limited to):

  • Stepping On – Fall prevention strategies.
  • Powerful Tools for Caregivers – Caregiving techniques and stress management. Classes are held in 6-7 week sessions.
