Adding Money to an Inmate’s Account

The St. Croix County Jail offers several options for depositing money into an inmate's account. The following options for depositing funds are available for your convenience:

  • Cash or credit card using the kiosk located in the jail lobby
  • Cashier check or money order at the front window
  • Certified funds via U.S. Mail (cashier check or money order)
  • Funds can be deposited into inmates' accounts using this link

Personal checks will not be accepted.

Inmate Canteen

Canteen is offered to all inmates who have a positive account balance at the St. Croix County Jail and is offered twice per week. For an inmate to receive canteen, money must be in the inmate's account by noon on Monday and Thursday. Inmates will not be eligible to order canteen if they do not have money in their accounts by the deadline.

Jail Fees

The St. Croix County Jail charges fees for services authorized under St. Croix County Ordinance Number 806(2012). Please refer to the following fee schedule or Chapter 63 of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances for more information.
