Snowmobile Trail System

The St. Croix County Snowmobile Association is composed of 12 snowmobile clubs from around the county. The Park Coordinator serves as trail coordinator for the state-funded county trail system. The Association works through the Parks Division in the maintenance and grooming of the trail system. The Department of Natural Resources provides funds for trail maintenance using snowmobile registration fees and gas tax revenues.

There is 216.6 miles of groomed state funded trail. There are also segments of local trail which may not be groomed.
