St. Croix County is updating the county’s Comprehensive Plan document, last adopted in 2012. The plan update process is being facilitated by St. Croix County staff under the guidance of the County Board of Supervisors, and the Community Development Committee. The process began in August 2022 and is anticipated to proceed through March 2024.
In accordance with Wisconsin Statutes 66.1001 Comprehensive planning, the purpose of this Comprehensive Plan is to provide a guide to the physical, social, and economic development of St. Croix County. The plan provides an inventory of community assets and issues to determine the local needs, set goals and priorities, and develop a guide for action. This St. Croix County Comprehensive Plan will update the adopted 2012-2035 Comprehensive Plan.
