  • Wisconsin Child Support Program: All of the information regarding our state's program and services.
  • Child Support Online Services (CSOS): Log in to access your child support information, including case information, statements, balances, and payment coupons. 
  • Apply for Services: A direct link to DCF for parents and guardians applying for child support services for the first time. 
  • One-page Application for Services (PDF): For clients who already have a child support order and would like our agency to help enforce or modify it.
  • Work Search Form (PDF): If you are court ordered to seek employment, you can print the work search forms to keep a record of the jobs for which you have applied.
  • Job Loss and Child Support (PDF): Information for clients who have an order to pay child support and lose their job.
  • Workforce Resource: A West Central Wisconsin private, non-profit corporation dedicated to helping the community find gainful employment and job training resources. There is also a Facebook page specific for St. Croix and Pierce Counties that is regularly updated with new information.  
  • For Housing Authorities: Child Support is an important factor when determining applicant/resident eligibility for housing authorities and section 8 housing. Financial payment histories are used to show all payments received as early as January 1 of the prior calendar year. Use the forms below to request the necessary information for the appropriate housing authority.
