    Caregivers are relatives or friends who provide unpaid care to dependent children, spouses, parents, siblings/relatives or neighbors/friends. This includes assisting with: housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, personal cares, medication management, emotional/social support, managing finances & transportation. Caregiver support services are designed to assist those caring for a loved one living in the community age 60 or above or those caring for someone with dementia – any age.

  2. Memory Cafe - Baldwin

    December 20, 2018, All Day @ The Eatery - Western WI Health

    The Memory Café is a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for those with memory loss and their caregivers. It is a place where guests can laugh, learn, and remain socially engaged with others traveling the same journey. The Memory Café monthly meeting will feature speakers, educational offerings, and special activities. Program content will vary based on guests’ interests, needs, and concerns. We welcome those with Alzheimer’s disease (or a related diagnosis), individuals with mild cognitive impairment and people who are concerned about memory loss, as well as family members or your care partner. What NOT to Expect: Formal care service, clinical assessments, or personal care services. The Memory Café is not suitable for those with dementia to attend alone if they have specific care needs, high levels of anxiety, disorientation/wandering, or a history of disruptive/aggressive behavior.
