Orchard View Terrace combines independent living with the comfort of knowing support is available around the clock. This facility is made up of an assisted living and memory care unit allowing us to serve individuals with dementia and other forms of memory loss as well as elderly adults in need of some assistance with daily living skills. Our goal is to help you and your family reach your goals and maintain your level of independence while providing you with a sense of community in our warm, home-like environment.
Services:
- The manager, registered nurse consultant and caregivers will provide health monitoring, assessment and development of your individual service plan
- Registered Nurse Consultant on-call 24 hours a day
- Staff in facility 24 hours a day
- Medication management and administration assistance if needed
- Assistance with showers and whirlpool spa baths as needed
- State of the art Call system for easy access to caregiver staff 24 hours a day
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including assistance with dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed
- Daily activity programming as determined by resident interests
- In-house physical, occupational and speech therapy services
- Tenant choice meal plan in a family style dining experience
- Special diets as prescribed by physician and dietitian assessment as needed
- Organization of medical appointments and transportation
