The St. Croix County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate the circumstances leading to the homicide of William Clapp, (Junior). On April 25, 1993 at approximately 12:30 a.m., William Clapp, age 76, was murdered in his home, in the Town of Warren. Mr. Clapp died of a gunshot wound to the head.
