Integrated Clinic, Mental Health & Substance Use
St. Croix County’s Integrated Mental Health and Substance Use Clinic offers comprehensive care for individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, or both. Our dedicated team of licensed professionals ensures that each client receives holistic and personalized care. Our goal is to help clients achieve stability, enhance their quality of life, and support their long-term recovery.
Services We Offer
- Integrated Assessment
- Individualized assessment including clinical interview, self-report, risk assessment, and medical, mental health & substance use and treatment history.
- Development of an individualized treatment plan.
- Case management for other needed services.
- Intoxicated Driver Assessment
- Assessment following a conviction for an Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) charge, as ordered by a Circuit Court.
- This assessment is not billable to insurance.
- Clients are responsible for all fees related to assessment recommendations.
- Court-Ordered Assessment
- Evaluation required by court order.
- This assessment is not billable to insurance.
- Clients are responsible for all fees related to assessment recommendations.
- Insurance may pay toward recommended care. Please check with your insurance provider.
- For evaluations related to certain controlled substances convictions, fees may be adjusted based on a sliding fee scale.
The Intoxicated Driver Program assessment and Court-ordered Assessment services are not billable to insurance. Payments for these services are required to be paid in full before an appointment is scheduled. View the payment section below for more information.
Our therapy and counseling services focus on building skills, behavioral techniques, and fostering meaningful dialogue based on each client's individualized treatment plan. We offer a variety of therapy and counseling options, including:
- Group
- Individual
- Family
- Couples or Marital
Psychological testing is available with a referral indicating medical necessity and insurance preauthorization. Clients should confirm coverage with their insurance carrier.
Psychiatric services are available to assess the need for medication and prescribe as clinically appropriate. Services are provided by psychiatrists or psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners.
We contract with local providers to serve individuals who are covered by medical assistance or who are uninsured and need assistance with treatment funding. Our staff evaluates eligibility, facilitates referrals for inpatient treatment and/or withdrawal management, and provides case management throughout treatment.
Community education programs are offered to promote awareness and change the social conditions contributing to substance use disorders.
Payment
Many services are provided on the client's ability to pay or through their insurance (Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, private pay on a sliding fee scale).
Payment for Assessment Services
The Intoxicated Driver Program assessment and Court-ordered Assessment Services not all services are billable to insurance. Payments for these services are required to be paid in full before an appointment is scheduled.
Payment can be made with cash, cashier's check, or credit card. Personal checks will not be accepted. To make a payment, stop by the St. Croix County Services Center or call to 715-246-6991 to pay by credit card.
