Online Access to Real Estate Records

We offer two secure online tools to access St. Croix County’s public real estate records: Laredo for frequent users and Tapestry EON for occasional users. Fees are assessed to pay for support and maintenance of these systems.

For Occasional Users – Tapestry EON

Tapestry Eon is a pay-as-you-go service for the general public or professionals that need occasional access to real estate documents. A credit card is required to search, view, and print recorded documents. 

For Frequent Users – Laredo

Laredo is a paid monthly subscription service designed for daily users like title companies, attorneys, and real estate professionals. An online access agreement and escrow account must be established with our office prior to use.

Get Started Using Laredo

Complete the following forms and return them to the St. Croix County Register of Deeds Office. When all forms and the payment for minimum of the three-month contract selection are received the Register of Deeds Office will be in contact to discuss your potential Laredo Contract.  Forms can be mailed or dropped off in-person with payment.
