A "manufactured home community" means an plot or plots of ground upon which 3 or more manufactured homes that are occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes are located. “Manufactured home community” does not include a farm where the occupants of the manufactured homes are the father, mother, son, daughter, brother or sister of the farm owner or operator or where the occupants of the manufactured homes work on the farm.
New construction of a manufactured home community or an expansion of an existing manufactured home community must be plan reviewed by DSPS prior to construction. Visit the State of Wisconsin DSPS website for contact information.
