Budget
The Department of Administration oversees a budget over $100 million and a work force of more than 650 employees. The operating budget as well as a five-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is developed annually and presented for review and approval by the County Board.
St. Croix County continues to lead growth in the state of Wisconsin with Net New Construction up 2.8%, the 4th highest in the State. Estimates show our population increased to 93,684 residents, making St. Croix County the fastest growing County in the State. These statistics are important as we look at service delivery demands and expectations. The 2023 County Administrator’s Budget focuses on priorities established by the County Board.
