WIC (Women, Infants and Children) program
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recalled certain powder formulas for infants. The recall is isolated to powder formulas including Similac, Alimentum, and EleCare.

WIC is open for both in-person clinic appointments and remote services. Please call 715-246-8368 for more information.
WIC provides supplemental nutritious foods, nutrition and breastfeeding information, and referral to other health and nutrition services. WIC promotes and supports breastfeeding.
Who is Eligible for WIC?
To be eligible for WIC benefits in Wisconsin, a person must meet the following requirements:
- be a pregnant, breastfeeding or new mother; be an infant up to age 1; or be a child up to age 5
- be a resident of Wisconsin
- be income eligible, see U.S. Dept. of HHS 2021-2022 Income Eligibility Table (PDF)
- have a health or nutrition need

File a Program Complaint
To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call 866-632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
