Aging & Disability Resource Center
Welcome to the Aging and Disability Resource Center of St. Croix County. We are a no-cost, single point of contact for information and assistance to residents of St. Croix County. We can help you sort through all of the options that are available for older adults and adults with disabilities along with their family members and caregivers. Having this knowledge will enable you to make informed decisions about such things as:
- Maintaining your independence
- Choice for long-term care and related services
- Medicare benefits and other health-related benefits
- Social Security benefits
- Support services and resources in your community
Aging Plan
At the Aging & Disability Resource Center, we strive to develop and maintain programs and services for older adults and individuals with disabilities that best meet the needs of the people and community we serve. We value your input! We want to hear your ideas on how we can improve programs and services for the residents of St. Croix County as they age. Key Programs
To provide older adults and people with physical disabilities or intellectual disabilities the resources needed to live with dignity and security and achieve maximum independence and quality of life. The goal of the ADRC is to empower individuals to make informed choices and to streamline access to the right and appropriate services and supports.
In fulfilling the mission of the ADRC of Saint Croix County, the vision remains to provide a visible and assessable point of contact for all older adults. The ADRC is widely recognized for being the initial contact and promoting easy access to innovative ADRC services.
