Calling a Specialist

St. Croix County Economic Support Specialists collaborate with our consortium partners to staff the Great Rivers Call Center. Agents are available at 888-283-0012 to respond to your benefit needs. You can contact an agent on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesdays from 8 to 11 am.

When you call, listen carefully to the prompts to route you to the best queue to respond to your specific needs and avoid additional wait times.

Our call center does experience peak call times. If you experience long wait times, feel free to wait on the line and listen to prerecorded information until your call can be answered or call back at a different time that works for you.
